We invite you to join our team today! RN Medical/Surgical:Under the general direction of the Department/Clinical Manager, theRegistered Nurse Medical/Surgical (RN) independently providesholistic, individualized care using the nursing process forpatients routinely seen on the unit.
The Registered Nurse (RN)demonstrates clinical competency, nursing judgment, teachingskills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care.The Registered Nurse (RN) independently performs general andunit-specific clinical skills.
The Registered Nurse (RN)contributes to the Lone Peak Hospitals Department of Nursing andthe nursing profession in a positive manner.
* Current Utah StateRegistered Nurse licensure.
* Current BLS preferred.
Must obtainBLS within 30 days of hire and maintain certifications.
* CurrentACLS preferred.
Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire andmaintain certifications.
