The Cottonwood title receptionist plays a key part in the culture of our office. We are looking for a candidate to cheerfully and professionally interact with customers, whether in person, via telephone, and/or email correspondence. Assist them with questions or direct them to the appropriate department or staff.
Greet clients as soon as they arrive. Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices. Support Escrow Department with transaction files
Assist with administrative related duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned.
Maintain reception area for a professional, clean appearance.
Filing, scanning, record keeping, input and update to transaction files.
High school diploma with some college or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Ability to create organized filing system
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Experience in Real Estate and Escrow or willingness to learn
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
