Office Specialist I
Provo City Housing Authority is seeking applications from a career-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter for a full-time Office Specialist I Position. This individual will perform secretarial, clerical, receptionist, switchboard, or other office functions in a busy office serving the public. Knowledge of the public housing and/or housing choice voucher programs and the ability to speak Spanish are a plus, but not required.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing similar office duties or two years’ experience working with affordable housing, public housing, or housing choice vouchers. This position requires a pre-employment drug screen, a valid Utah driver’s license with good driving record, and reliable transportation.
