The Search Consultant’s duties and responsibilities focus on sourcing and placing candidates in matched permanent placement opportunities with Clients. Responsibilities Understanding and ability to work in a 2 or 1 desk model.Works independently to achieve production goals. Able to consistently take candidates and clients through the full cycle recruitment process. Consistently achieves activity and revenue goals.Demonstrates client sales and development skills. Consistently acts as a Team player. Acts as a coach and mentor to others in the career path program as needed. Consistently maintains an upbeat positive attitude, setting an example for other team members.Learns and develops client sales skills to include: sourcing new potential clients, conducting in-depth client needs assessments, selling appropriate services based on client needs and closing new clients on utilizing our services demonstrated through signed agreements. Able to effectively act as client’s one point of contact. Effectively develops client relationships. Acts as a Consultant to the assigned clients, helping them be more successful in hiring the providers they need (processes, salary and incentives, closing, etc.).Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures. Works independently and able to interact freely with candidates and clients with normal guidance and mentoring from supervisor. Has an established network of clients and providers developed through quality customer interaction.
Qualifications Education/Licensing/Certification:A minimum of a high school diploma. Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience:
A minimum of one year in Recruitment (executive or healthcare) preferred
